World Wind Cache Packs

Cache Packs are dataset imagery that have been grouped together into sets.

World Wind Data (Note: Link not working/Domainname points to a parked domain as on 21.11.2011) has packs available for download (via HTTP or BitTorrent). Depending on the resolution the packs can range from 3.2 MiB to 3.2 GiB. Note that these packs are files in .EXE format.
Available datasets:
- NLT Landsat 7 (Visible Color & Pseudo Color)
- Geocover (1990 & 2000)
- Blue Marble Next Generation (Topography & Topography+Bathymetry)
- SRTM30 & SRTM90
- Clementine (30xx & 40xx)
World Wind Data also plans on selling hard drives stuffed with data, and machines that are pre-setup to run as transparent caching proxy servers, also stuffed with data. (Most / all proceeds will go to WorldWindCentral, or other organizations that are starved for money due to their generosity).
