The Atlantic Rowing Race 2005 Boat Tracker plug-in tracks the teams competing in this years challenge and displays thier progress within World Wind.

Installation

Download Atlantic Rowing Race 2005 1.00 and double click the downloaded file, follow the on-screen prompts to install the plug-in.

To use the plug-in load World Wind, open the Plug-Ins menu and click Load/Unload... (see figure 1).

Click on 'Atlantic Rowing Race' in the Plugin Load/Unload window and then press the Load button, the indicator next to 'Atlantic Rowing Race should turn green, you can now safely close the Plugin Load/Unload window. You should now see the Atlantic Rowing Race icon in World Wind's toolbar (see figure 2).

Usage

To activate the plug-in click on the toolbar icon, a message will appear at the bottom right of the screen indicating data is being downloaded, once the data has been retrieved and processed (this may take a few seconds) several coloured dots will appear on the screen indicating the current location of each team. The dots are colour coded according to the Atlantic Rowing Race progress page, moving the mouse cursor over a dot will display additional information about that team, and clicking the dot will open an information in your web browser for that team.
