Here's a list where we can announce the release and its new features along with target rationales.

• street team - Our contributors and bloggers should reference the 1.3.4 release, focusing on what they think are the neatest technical features
  • WW dev/users gis blogs
  • other users' gis blogs, such as individuals who use ESRI, Y!/G/MS maps, etc (list here)

• geo-oriented tech blogs - The press release should have these guys as a target, focusing on the continued usability and rounding out of technical features
  • slashgeo.org
  • Google Earth blog

• open source / tech related blogs - Tailor to the open source nature and general goodness / utility of WW
  • wired
  • o'reilly radar

• joint PR opportunities - Focus on partners and larger acceptance
  • i-cubed?

• larger pr outlets - Big impact things highlighted here (Mars, etc)
  • Microsoft
  • traditional media

reviewed SVN logs and did a first-pass dump into the Bug Fix section. edit out/clarify as necessary.
